We all know that a few minutes in a shop, under everyone's eyes, or even the vision of a small sample at home with a door-to-door salesman are only a little test on what will actually be our partner in several nights. In the end, you don't have much more informations than purchasing you new mattress online!
This is the reason why, choosing Napsss, you will be able to try it in all of the comfort of your house, till 100 nights: especially if it's the first time you use a memory mattress, you will may have to sleep on it some nights before finding the right feeling.
At the end of the period, if you're not made for each other, you will just need to pack again you mattress in its original plastic (or another one to protect it while shipping back to us) and ask for the return!
Every client has a trial period for product: if you will change your products with another on of the same model (for example for a measure change), the 100 nights counting will be considered from your first order. Instead, if you will change an unopened product, the 100 nights trial will start when you will receive your new product and can actually try it.
Of course not! Our mission is to make you sleep well, and how could we ask you to do it on a plastic cover? Rest well and with no concerns till 100 nights, to understand if you and your Napsss are really made for each other!
For the mattresses, there's no need to keep the box! Infact, to put them in it we use appropriate machines and there's no way, once opened, to put them again in the box.
Even if we discovered that many of our clients used it as a temporary nightstand, table, or, even, our younger clients turned it into a little fort!
About pillows and textile, you can choose to ose the same box or another one of the same dimensions: remember that in this case you can do your return in 14 days from the shipping, to be refunded.
