Changes & Returns

Here you can find all the informations you need about changes and returns. 

Usually, the refund is given in 14 days from the receipt of the return: if you financed your purchase, we suggest you to keep paying the eventual installments to avoid any future problems with Soisy, which is an external partner. Sleep tight, when we will receive you return you will be refunded of the amount due. 

We are very sad to know that you and your Napsss are not made for each other! No worries, we want you to manage even the return in the highest comfort and without any issue. 

You can ask for your return directly in the personal area of your account, in the section "My returns": we kindly remind you to specify if the article you are willing to return is still in its original packaging or not, to manage the return at its best. 

Then you will receive an e-mail with the instructions for you return and a document you should print and put outside the box.

When you will receive your new mattress, please be sure to check on the external label that it's the model and size you ordered: if you notice that it's not it, do not open it! Infact, we use vacuum packaging for our mattresses, in order to move them more easily, and once opened... they wont come back in the box.

Sleep tight, the shipping is always free! 

All of other products are not vacuum packaged so, if you shoul open them, no worries, put them back in the original box well packaged and contact us to arrange the return. 

Once we received your return and we can see that it is in its original status, we will contact you t make a new order and proceed with its shipping, keeping the initial order credit. Obviously, if the new order should have a lower amount we will refund you of the difference; otherwise, if the new order has a higher amount, we will ask you to cover the difference.

Every clients has the right of a trial period for any product: if you will change your product for another one of the same model (for example for a size change), the counting of the 100 nights will start from the first order. Otherwise, if you will change your product but it's still unopened, the 100 nights trial will start when you will receive your new product and can actually try it. 

In this case, you will ask for a new financing to Soisy, while we will cancel the previous one. 

Soisy infact considers any request as unique, therefore they could ask you for a new check of your documents.

For what concerns the mattress, if you have already opened it there's no need to keep the box! Infact, to vacuum them we use proper machinery and there's no way, once opened, to put them back in the box. 

Regarding pillows and textile, you can choose to use the original box or another one of the same dimensions.
