First of all, we focused on finding the best way to semplify the annoying question of moving a heavy and big thing like a mattress could be. So our experts studied with us a new solution to take advantage of the special properties of memory to put them in a tiny, tiny box of cm 45x45x110 h.
For your convenience, we also designed two handles on both sides of the box to help you in the movements, and the cardboard is strong, so you can move it without any thought and even reuse it. We discovered that many of our clients, infact, used it as a temporary nightstand, table, or, even, our younger clients turned it into a little fort!
This way, we could optimize our shippings offering a better service to you and reducing the pollution too, because in every of our trucks we can put more mattresses ready to reach our clients.
To unbox your new mattress, you will only need scissors to cut the tape on the box; once opened, you will suddenly find an envelope with a small welcome kit to set your Napsss free, easily.
Once your order is confirmed, our products take 1-2 working days to leave our logistic and reach your home. When they will leave our logistic, you will receive a tracking code from GLS to follow your shipping till the drop.
We kindly ask you to consider that the shipping could be delayed during or after holidays or in particular conditions; obviously, these are exceptions and we will do our best to send you you order as soon as possible!

According to the law, we could dismiss your old mattress only in the country of our head office, so you can easy immagine: we should pick up all of our clients' old mattresses, load several trucks with them from all the national territory and bring them in our country. It would be a real problem to deal with, and above all, as we said, it would mean take a lot more trips with way more pollution.
Then, even in this case the common sense brought us to think that anyone can do his part: if your mattress is old but still in good structural and hygienic conditions you can consider to donate it for charity, many institutions offer themselves to pick it up.
Otherwise, your residence country is equipped for law to dimiss large disposals. Usually you can arrange a date for the pick up.
